Marilyn Swartz-Lloyd, President and Chief Executive Officer

Marilyn joined MASCO in 2003 after serving as senior advisor to the President of Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center. Previously, she was a principal in Lend Lease Residential Management Services, where she managed over 20,000 units nationwide; a consultant at BRF&G Consulting Group, where she advised clients in the areas of real estate, strategic planning and economic development; and Chief of Economic Development for the City of Boston. Marilyn is on the Board of Directors of Lau Technologies, a founding member of Northeastern’s Center for Urban and Regional Policy, board member of NAIOP and the Boston Municipal Research Bureau, trustee of the Boston Architectural College, trustee of the Eleanor Roosevelt Val-Kill partnership, an Honorary Board member of Dimock Community Health Center, and an Honorary Life Member of the International Economic Development Council. Marilyn holds a BA from Smith College and an MCP from Yale University.


Holli Roth, Vice President of Finance and Administration and Chief Financial Officer

Holli has over 25 years of experience in financial leadership and non-profit management. She is responsible for Finance, Human Resources and IT at MASCO, serves as the Treasurer of MASCO Services, Inc. and the Longwood Medical Area Child Care Center, and oversees several shared contracts that provide services to MASCO members. Holli holds a BA from Middlebury College and an MBA from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.


Sarah Hamilton, Vice-President of Area Planning and Development

Sarah has extensive experience in both the public and community non-profit sectors. She and her team conduct long-range planning and development studies and manage the implementation of projects in building development, transportation, energy and infrastructure, housing, workforce development, open space and transportation demand management. She is President of the Longwood Medical Area Child Care Center. Sarah holds a BA from Smith College and has a certificate in mediation from Harvard University.


Norva Kennard, General Counsel

Prior to joining MASCO, Norva was the Assistant General Counsel for Co-Op City in New York. She also worked as corporate counsel for Merrill Lynch Realty Corporation in New York and served on the staff of the United States Senate Judiciary Committee in Washington. She holds a BA from Westmont College (CA), and a JD from the National Law Center of The George Washington University (DC).


P.J. Cappadona, Vice President of Operations

P.J. oversees the daily operations involving transportation and parking for over 12,000 people per day, facilities and security at 375 Longwood Avenue, and emergency preparedness for the LMA. Prior to joining MASCO, P.J. managed transportation and parking at Boston College. He holds a BA in English from Seton Hall University, an MA in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Fairfield University, and an MBA from Boston College.


Gary J. DuPont, Director of Telecommunications and Call Center Operations

Gary oversees MASCO Services’ 24x7 operations, which include call center operations and technologies, as well as the telecommunications infrastructure. He has extensive and broad expertise in the telecommunications and call center industries, having held technical and leadership positions at New England Mutual Life Insurance, the US Department of Defense and General Services Administration, and  AT&T.  Gary holds a BA in Psychology from Regents College of New York.


Maria Curtin, Controller

Maria was an Accounting Manager at Shawmut Bank before joining MASCO in 1985. She holds a BBA in Accounting from University of Massachusetts, Amherst and an MBA from Suffolk University. 


Chuck Badeau, Information Technology Director

Chuck joined MASCO in 2007 with more than 20 years of experience managing IT environments for large and small companies, including Alcatal-Lucent and Astral Point Communications. He holds a degree in civil engineering from the University of New Hampshire.


Glen Davis, Director of Human Resources

Glen has diverse human resources and organizational development experience in the for-profit, non-profit and public sectors, having worked at M|C Communications, The Boston Foundation, and the Massachusetts School Building Authority.  Glen holds a BSBA from Bryant University and an MBA from Suffolk University.
