, President and Chief Executive Officer, joined MASCO in 2003. Previously she was senior advisor to the President of Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center. As a principal in Lend Lease Residential Management Services, Marilyn managed over 20,000 units in twenty states. At BRF&G Consulting Group, she advised clients in the areas of real estate, strategic planning and economic development. She was President of Beacon Management Company, a property management firm, and Executive Director of the Economic Development and Industrial Corporation of Boston (EDIC). Marilyn holds a BA from Smith College and a Master’s degree in city planning from Yale University. Marilyn is currently on the Board of Directors of Lau Technologies, a founding member of Northeastern’s Center for Urban and Regional Policy, an Advisory Board member for the Urban Affairs and City Planning Programs at Boston University’s Metropolitan College, a member of the BRA’s LifeTech Advisory Board, an overseer of the Boston Architectural College, an Honorary Board member of Dimock Community Health Center, and an Honorary Life Member of the International Economic Development Council.
, Vice President of Administration and Finance and Chief Financial Officer, has a BA from Middlebury College and an MBA from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst. Prior to joining MASCO in 1993, she worked in finance at Gillette and Oral-B Laboratories. At MASCO, she previously served as Manager of Financial Planning, responsible for forecasting, budgeting, and taxes. Holli serves as the Treasurer on the board of Hospitality homes.
, Vice President of Area Planning & Development, joined MASCO in 1985. She holds a BA from Smith College and has a certificate in mediation from Harvard. Sarah’s responsibilities include long-range planning and development studies and implementation of projects in development, transportation, energy/infrastructure, housing, workforce development, open space and transportation demand management. Prior to MASCO, Sarah worked in both the public and community non-profit sectors. President of the Longwood Medical Area Child Care Center, she also serves on the Emerald Necklace Conservancy Project Review Committee.
, General Counsel, holds a BA from Westmont College (CA) and a JD from National Law Center of The George Washington University (DC). Norva served on the staff of the United States Senate Judiciary Committee and also worked as corporate counsel to Merrill Lynch Realty Corporation in New York. For seven years prior to joining MASCO in 1994, she was Assistant General Counsel for Riverbay Corporation, the owner of Co-Op City in New York.
is Vice President of Operations for MASCO. P.J. holds a BA in English from Seton Hall University, a MA in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Fairfield University and a MBA from Boston College. P.J. has more than a decade of management experience in parking and transportation, facilities management and emergency preparedness. Prior to joining MASCO, P.J. oversaw the transportation and parking department at Boston College, responsible for moving more than 1 million passengers annually and managing more than 4300 parking spaces on and off campus.
Maria Curtin, Controller, joined MASCO in 1985. Prior to coming to MASCO, Maria was an Accounting Manager at Shawmut Bank Mutual Funds Division. She has a BBA in Accounting from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst and an MBA from Suffolk University, Boston.
, Information Technology Director, joined MASCO in 2007. He holds a degree in civil engineering from the University of New Hampshire. Chuck has 15 years of experience managing IT environments for large and small companies including Alcatal-Lucent and Astral Point Communications.
, Director of Telecommunications, joined MASCO Services in 1991 and has extensive experience in the call center industry. He holds a BA from Regents College of New York. Prior to MASCO Services, Gary worked at New England Financial of Boston, The U.S. Department of Defense, as well as AT&T Long Lines. His responsibilities include overseeing the MASCO Services Telecommunications and Call Center Operations as well as associated Information Systems.
Director of Human Resources, joined MASCO in January, 2015 with more than 20 years experience in human resources and organizational development. His previous work experience includes human resources management roles at the Massachusetts School Building Authority, The Boston Foundation and M|C Communications. Glen has a MBA from Suffolk University and a BSBA from Bryant University.
, Director, Strategic Communications, joined MASCO in October, 2012. Christine holds a MS in Journalism from Boston University and a BA in Broadcast Journalism and Communication from John Carroll University in Ohio, and has held positions of leadership at Boston University School of Dental Medicine, Spaulding Rehabilitation Hospital, and Tufts University. She brings more than 20 years of experience in higher education and health care marketing and communications to the MASCO team.
