MASCO Shuttle Update 11-1-21

MASCO Shuttle Route Updates: (effective November 1, 2021)

As MASCO shuttles continue to normalize, we will be making adjustments to the shuttle schedules that both return service to pre-COVID levels, and improve routes based on new transportation and health data. While many changes are based on current ridership trends, we are still monitoring ridership very closely as well as new information as it relates to COVID case positivity rates in Massachusetts.

While each route is different, system-wide ridership has increased to about 65-70% of normal MASCO seasonally adjusted ridership levels. 

Effective October 31, MASCO will no longer service the Chestnut Hill Mall.

Effective November 1, 2021, the following services changes will take effect on the MASCO routes.

  • Wentworth AM: 33% More trip times on the AM service.
  • Wentworth PM: Parkers may continue to use the JFK shuttle for PM service or the Wentworth Pilot. The Wentworth Pilot PM now has expanded trip times, and riders are encouraged to use that shuttle.
  • JFK AM & PM: Increased capacity of more than 10% during the AM and PM service periods.
  • Ruggles AM & PM: AM Service will have 20% more trips. Slight modifications to their run times. The Ruggles BIDMC PM will have 25% more service.

Below you can find the PDFs for shuttle schedules that are being updated effective November 1, 2021. All other MASCO shuttle schedules remain the same.
