Customer Survey Response

Fenway  Garage/Shuttle

This graph represents the Fenway Garage results of the2008 Customer Service Survey.

Rude drivers:  Each driver should always act in a courteous manner.  Please report any cases of rude behavior to our customer service representative at 617-632-2800 so that we can have the information (route, date, time, bus number) we need to research the complaint and take disciplinary action as warranted.  MASCO is also working with our provider to implement eight additional hours per year of customer service training for our drivers.  In addition, we reward and encourage good drivers through our Driver Appreciation Program.

Poor Snow Removal and Cleaning Early:  We have changed personnel and placed an emphasis on ensuring the garage is in proper condition for early arriving parkers.

Waiting a long time for PM shuttles:  The schedule is designed so that you don’t have to wait more than ten minutes for the shuttle, even during a Red Sox game.  On some rare occasions, due to road closures, the shuttle can run extremely late.  The shuttle service is subject to traffic and weather delays.  Please call 617-632-2773 to report a late bus.

Lime Stains on Vehicles:  The Fenway garage (formerly Red Sox garage) is an older facility.  The property owners have made some roof repairs and promised additional actions.  Please report any stains on your vehicle to the attendant or call 617-632-2881 for assistance.  Lime is a substance that can be removed easily if treated early, but will cause damage to a vehicle clear coat if not attended to.

Friendly Staff: Our goal is to provide the best customer service.  Thank you for your kind comments about the staff.

Attendants at Fenway aren’t cooperative during Red Sox games:  We understand the inconvenience that parkers in the Fenway facilities experience during baseball games.  In exchange for favorable daytime parking lease arrangements, our agreements with the various property owners carry certain obligations regarding baseball parking.  Unfortunately, this sometimes means that parkers may be directed to specific areas of a facility, or may need to valet park their vehicles on game days.  We also encourage parkers to move their vehicles before 6 PM, if possible.
