• Technicians receive long-term assignments so they are very familiar with the equipment on their route and personally know their customers. Floating technicians, without an assigned route, provide extra coverage on busy routes and coverage for technicians on vacation. Experienced and talented service adjusters assist the regular route mechanics with complicated service calls. Additional support for all brands of equipment serviced is provided by the TKE International Technical Services (ITS) department
