MASCO developed and operates a 300,000 square-foot mixed use facility at 375 Longwood Avenue. The MASCO building includes 60,000 square feet of first-class office space, a 750-car garage, retail space, and a child care center.

Parking
The garage at 375 Longwood offers parking to employees, patients and visitors of the Longwood Medical and Academic area. On Longwood Avenue between Brookline Avenue and the Riverway, the garage is within walking distance of LMA hospitals and institutions. The garage provides clearance for vehicles up to 6’6.” A pay-on-foot pay station accepts cash and credit card (Visa or MC only) and a pay-on-exit capability for credit cards (Visa and MC only). Tickets processed at the pay station must be redeemed at the exit lane within 10 minutes.

Courtesy Services
A number of courtesy services are offered at the 375 Longwood garage. These include: flat-tire and jump start assistance, self-service windshield cleaning on every level, and for monthly parkers, Books-To-Go on tape or CD. Bicycle racks are located just outside the garage entrance. Car washing and cleaning services are offered on Monday, Tuesday and Friday starting at 7 am, on level P1.
