Senior Staff
Marilyn Swartz-Lloyd,
President of MASCO, was Senior Advisor to the President’s
Office of Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center. Marilyn was
the Principal in Lend Lease Residential Management Services,
which managed over 20,000 units in twenty different states.
She was also a Principal in BRF&G Consulting Group, advising
clients in the areas of real estate, strategic planning and
economic development. She was President of Beacon
Management Company, a property management firm, and
Executive Director of the Economic Development and
Industrial Corporation of Boston (“EDIC”). Marilyn holds a
Bachelor of Arts degree from Smith College and a Master’s
degree in City Planning from Yale University.
Holli Roth, Vice President of
Administration & Finance and Chief Financial Officer, has a
BA from Middlebury College and an MBA from the University of
Massachusetts, Amherst. Prior to joining MASCO in 1993, she
worked in finance positions at Gillette and Oral-B
Laboratories. At MASCO, she held the position of Manager of
Financial Planning, responsible for forecasting, budgeting,
and taxes, until her promotion. Holli serves on the Board of
the Medical Area Federal Credit Union.
David Eppstein, Vice
President of Operations, joined MASCO in 1987. He holds a
degree in political science and education from the
University of Wisconsin. Prior to joining MASCO, he taught
high school, served as director of a multi-purpose community
center, was the project manager for an architect, and the
director of Boston's Community Boating, Inc. At MASCO, his
responsibilities include transportation, parking, emergency
preparedness, security, building management, strategic
planning, government/community affairs, and special
projects. David is a Trustee and Governing Board member of
the Boston Arts Academy.
Maria Curtin, Controller,
joined MASCO in 1985. Maria has held different positions
within the accounting department at MASCO. Prior to coming
to MASCO, Maria was an Accounting Manager at the former
Shawmut Bank Mutual Funds Division. Maria has a BBA in
Accounting from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst and
an MBA from Suffolk University, Boston.
Gary J. DuPont, Director,
Telecommunications and Customer Care, has over 19 years of
experience in the telecommunications and call center
industries. He attended the University of Massachusetts at
Boston and joined MASCO in 1991. Prior to MASCO, he worked
for New England Financial's corporate headquarters in
Boston, the U.S. Department of Defense, as well as AT&T Long
Lines. His responsibilities include overseeing the MASCO
Services Call Center and Information Technologies,
telecommunications, radio-paging infrastructure and LMANet
(MASCO’s fiber optic Metropolitan Area Network)
Sarah Hamilton, Vice
President of Area Planning & Development, joined MASCO in
1985. She holds a B.A. from Smith College and has a
certificate in mediation from Harvard. She is the Vice
President of Area Planning and Development, the President of
the Longwood Medical Area Child Care Center and serves on
the Board of Overseers of the Emerald Necklace Conservancy.
Her responsibilities include long-range planning and
development studies and implementation projects in
development, transportation, energy/infrastructure, housing,
workforce development, open space and transportation demand
management. Prior to coming to MASCO, Sarah worked in both
the public and community non-profit sectors.
John Healey, Director,
Collaborative Programs, joined MASCO in 1993. Prior to
coming to MASCO, John worked for Blue Cross & Blue Shield as
well as SmithKline-Beecham Pharmaceutical Company. He is a
graduate of the University of Rhode Island and is working
towards a Master’s in Public Health at Suffolk University.
Norva Kennard, General
Counsel, holds a BA from Westmont College (CA) and a JD from
National Law Center of The George Washington University
(DC). She has served on the staff of the United States
Senate Judiciary Committee. She worked as Corporate Counsel
to Merrill Lynch Realty Corporation in New York, and for
seven years prior to joining MASCO in 1994, was the
Assistant General Counsel for Riverbay Corporation, the
owner of Co-Op City in New York.
Tracy Maynard, Director of
Human Resources, has a BS from Syracuse University, and an
MBA from Northeastern University. Prior to joining MASCO in
2006, she had 17 years of finance, management, and HR
experience in the technology sector, working at Unisys
Corporation, Kurzweil Applied Intelligence, Swan
Technologies, and RSA Security. She spent the last 9 years
at RSA, where her most recent position was as Manager of
Human Resources.
Claire Ramsbottom,
Executive Director, Colleges of the Fenway, Inc., has a BA
from Framingham State College and Masters in Higher
Education Administration from Springfield College. Prior to
joining MASCO in 1996, she had 15 years experience in
college administration at Wheaton College, Simmons College,
and the State University of New York College at Cortland.
She is certified in mediation, the Myers Briggs Type
Indicator and DiSC Indra. Claire serves on the board of the
Association for Consortium Leadership.
